Meet Kathy
With a career spanning technical engineering, project and program management, and organizational development, I’ve worked across industries like defense, utilities, and consulting—bringing a unique blend of strategic expertise and people-focused leadership to everything I do.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach. I don’t just focus on business, technology, and strategy—including contracting and organizational structure—I also help individuals and teams uncover their core values, shift perspectives, and take ownership of their path forward. By blending consulting, coaching, and leadership development, I empower my clients to choose their direction, design their path, and ultimately achieve their goals.
Outside of work, family is at the heart of my life. With five children, a grandson, and a 94-year-old mother who needs care, I understand the balancing act of leadership and personal life. I love traveling, spending time outdoors—especially at our retreat in Maine—and of course, keeping up with my two very demanding cats!
